MGAP '09

The Mesdag, Gray, Arnesen, and Palmer families all got together for a big, week-long reunion. Alan's good friends Aksel, Mark, and Jack along with their wives and little girls all joined up in Bellingham, Washington. We were also joined a few days by some other high school friends who live in the area.

We had a great time playing disc golf, hosting barbeques, enjoying the great summer weather, and all together just having a wonderful time!

Disc golf was a big part of the week as Alan and Mark introduced Jack and Aksel to the sport. They definetly "caught the bug" as they constantly wanted to get out and play more and more every day. Alan commented that he thought his arm was going to fall off at one point from so much disc golf.

This was the first time the four guys and wives were together in three years and was quite the change from the last reunion! All three girls were great and got along really well.

We celebrated the 4th of July in Blaine with Alan's parents. The parade consisted mostly of tractors, old cars, and political candidates, but it was fun to "get our American on" since we never get to do that up here in Canada. ;-)

It's great seeing you having so much fun.

I would love to get together again with all of you some day.

Out of curiosity, what board game are Aksel and Mark playing?
