For our second to last day on the island, Jenn and Lucas rented a kayak and took to the open ocean. Meanwhile, Alan and Tracy continued their vacation tradition of visiting attractions that are closed... first it was the Sistine Chapel, then the Louvre, and now Hanauma Bay. We wanted to spend the day in the water swimming with the fish and checking out the under-water world of the bay, but instead spent it sightseeing on the southern coast and then chilling at a beach.
After regrouping with Jenn/Lucas, we drove up to the Pali lookout. It was a great spot to see just about the entire windward (Eastern) coast.

Finally, we ended the night in the hot tub getting to know our neighbors downstairs, we also happen to live in Bellingham. We even discovered that their son works with Alan at Logos!

It's a small world! Sounds like you guys have had a great time.
We have one little girl that is going to be happy to see her mommy and daddy
Enjoy this last day!
Glad you guys are keeping us updated so I can have something to look at other than 8 inches of snow and below 0 temperatures. Sure looks like fun! Hope your return trip went well!
